Hurt/comfort bingo Feb challenge

It's hc_bingo mini challenge time again. Considering I didn't even manage to get a single bingo in the current round this is not necessarily a good thing, but I'm going to have a go, at least.

This is my card. I have to do a postage stamp, i.e. a fill that contains all four prompts. I have to admit, I looked at the prompts and had half an idea within about ten seconds, so fingers crossed.
